Steve Bielecki

Founder and Principal

Steve Bielecki is a legal engineer and New York-licensed lawyer. He founded Ten Manor Advisory in 2026 to help law firms and legal organizations calibrate their approaches to legal technology and artificial intelligence and design their teams to best leverage these tools as they rapidly advance. Steve’s depth of experience across legal roles beginning in 2012, combined with his subsequent product-focused experience as a legal engineer - all of which has been focused on private markets, funds and transactions - creates a unique perspective and cross-disciplinary approach to law, technology and AI.

Career

Steve began his career at multiple Am Law 100 firms, focusing on corporate work, governance and venture capital transactions, before moving into a focused private funds practice in a boutique firm setting. Subsequently, Steve was a Vice President in Legal at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, covering alternative investment funds and helping shepherd to market the institution’s first crypto funds. Leveraging these years of private markets and funds experience, he pivoted to in-house legal at a private shares marketplace start-up in 2021, before joining an AI-driven private markets Legal Tech company in 2024 as a legal engineer.

Education

Steve completed his legal studies at Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, graduating in 2011 in the top 3% of his class. Prior to Emory, Steve graduated from the University of Notre Dame, summa cum laude, in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy, Politics & Economics (PPE).

Life

Steve lives just outside of New York City, in Westchester County, with his wife, son and dog.
